In this pack you will find 15 Brushed Vector Paterns for Illustrator that you can use on your print or digital designs (stationery, packaging, business cards, etc) but also on your textiles designs or even on websites backgrounds.

Made by hand using different dry brush strokes with tempera, your download includes an .ai file containing the 15 seamless patterns and also an .ai file with the swatches only. Using the patterns is really simple; just load the swatches into Illustrator, draw your shape and from the swatches panel choose your desired pattern. As they are perfectly seamless, you can use them to fill large areas in a print or digital project.

By default the patterns have a black color and a transparent background, but you can easily change it to any color by using the Illustrator Global Colors feature.

How to install:

1. Unzip the package.
2. Open a document in Adobe Illustrator.
3. Go to "Window > Swatches" to show the swatches panel.
4. Click the menu icon in the top right corner and choose "Open Swatch Library > Other Library..."
5. Locate the “Brushed Vector Patterns - Swatches.ai” file on your computer and click "Open".

How to edit:

1. Open the “Brushed Vector Patterns.ai” file in Illustrator.
2. Go to "Window > Swatches" to show the swatches panel.
3. Double click on the swatch you want to edit.
4. Click "Done" when you are finished.

How to Change Global Color

1. Open the “Brushed Vector Patterns.ai” file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Window > Swatches.
3. Double click the global black color.
4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.
